Each GUTFRAU piece is individually selected, designed and customized by hand.

Most products are created using pre-loved vintage and second hand pieces as part of a more sustainable approach to fashion and objects.

Due to the handmade nature of the products, slight imperfections, traces of previous life or irregularities may occur and are considered part of the piece’s individuality.

All textile products are pre-washed before shipping to set the paint, remove excess pigment and improve durability. Please treat every piece with care and read the individual care instructions before washing or using the product.

Due to the handmade, custom-made and one-of-one nature of GUTFRAU pieces, all sales are generally final.

Custom orders and personalized pieces cannot be returned or exchanged.

If your item arrives damaged or if there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours after delivery and we’ll find a solution together.

Orders are carefully packed and shipped from Germany. Please allow a few business days for processing.
