Before we had to catch our flight back home, we spent a whole day shopping in Saigon. First, we went to Rue Miche, which I already wrote a post about HERE.

Afterwards, we strolled around District 3. The area is quite well known for shopping, since many stores are located around Tran Quang Dieu and you can simply walk down or up the main street and explore. We only ended up visiting 11 GARMENTORY and MOZAIC SPACE though — both concept stores featuring Vietnamese brands.

Especially the first one, 11 Garmentory, was quite disappointing to us. Nearly all of the brands felt very low in quality. Some of them were also displayed at RUE MICHE, which made the experience feel a bit redundant. I ended up buying a basic shirt made from incredibly soft, thick cotton. I feel like if you’re looking for simple basics, you can find pieces with really great fabrics. But overall, around 90% of the brands felt very fast-fashion driven, focusing more on extravagant appearance than on quality.
